History

Patrick Lim & Associates was established in 1995 in Maroubra Junction.  The Firm expanded quickly and in 1997 it moved to significantly larger premises within Maroubra Junction.  It had grown from a sole practice to a medium sized suburban firm employing a number of Lawyers and support staff.

In 2006, the Firm again moved to larger premises in the Office Tower of the Eastgardens Shopping Centre Complex.  At the same time, it implemented a computerised file management system which has significantly increased productivity and enhanced the delivery legal services to its clients.

The continued increase in the Firm's client base and the volume of business is demonstrative of the enviable reputation Patrick Lim & Associates enjoys for the care of its clients and the excellent results achieved. 

Our clients range from individuals and families, to small and medium businesses, and wholly owned subsidiaries of large corporations. With our staff of experienced lawyers, we focus on professionalism, success and obtaining the very best outcome for our clients.

Whilst the Firm offers services in many areas of Law, it focuses on Family Law and has developed considerable skill and expertise in the representation of clients in the Family and Federal Magistrates Courts.


Involvement in the Community

The Firm's founder and Principal, Patrick Lim is highly respected within the Legal Profession and amonst the professional and business community in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.  He is the immediate past President of the Eastern Suburbs Law Society, a Past President of the Rotary Club of Maroubra and a Member of the Maroubra & Districts Chamber of Commerce.

The Firm has for many years provided Pro Bono services to the Benevolent Society and is a major sponsor of the Annual Rotary Club of Maroubra Fun Run.
